Websites, ads, copy, video. AI-first workflow, professional output.
I Built and launched a complete digital product from concept to market: wrote sales copy with AI-assisted drafting, built the funnel in Systeme.io, ran paid campaigns across 3 ad platforms, and iterated based on KPI data.
I used AI extensively on this project, including strategy talk about the best paid traffic sources, and product positioning. I prompted AI to create the book cover, the before and after image, and even help with sales copy.
I use AI every single day in my workflow. It is not an existential threat to work; it is the most powerful tool in my toolbox. I can prompt by dictation in 90 seconds, something that would take 5 minutes to write, and get output that would have taken 3 hours to create in Photoshop.
I use AI to talk strategy, create and edit images, write code, and build complete websites. I have the work experience of an industry vet, with the AI-FIRST mentality of a college grad - the best of both worlds.
This website was built entirely with AI and code-level tweaking. I trained the AI on my writing style first, then got it to give me content ideas, then got it to crank out all 17 articles of content for the site.
The website itself was built in Claude as an HTML/CSS site first, then I had it package that up into a file I could import into Wordpress. I spent about 30% of my build time in Claude and 70% tweaking the code to get everything just right. Last step was to push the site live via a new Wordpress installation in cPanel.
If you need concept-to-production Wordpress website work - I'm your guy!
At RSM, I built marketing campaigns end-to-end. I found suitable offers and contacted offer owners. I created ads and managed over $250,000 in total ad spend across campaigns. I designed and built landing pages in Wordpress. Later I hand-coded those pages for speed. And finally I optimized everything to profitability.
I also worked for 4 years as a video content creator for the All-In-One-SEO Wordpress plugin. I created longer form tutorial videos, as well as 15-60 second short form videos for social media.
My passion is web design, but if you need your web guru, to sometimes crank out a video - I've got you.
At iHerb I built out the front end of a brand new tablet website. I also worked on bugs and enhancements to the award winning iHerb mobile website, the iphone app, and android app. I worked on a pure development team with 10 total developers, using Visual Studio with TFS for source control, in a .Net C# environment. Some seriously nerdy stuff.
I designed this site visually in Photoshop and built it on the Joomla CMS platform. You don't have pixel-perfect control visually when you use a CMS. But the functionality you gain is awesome: user groups with varying access levels, rapid creation of new pages, and the ability to assign content ownership to anyone in the company.
Please note: This website was part of a 1 year development grant and is no longer live.
The site you're looking at right now is a great example of what I can create on my own without AI. This site was designed visually in Photoshop, using fundemental graphic design principles. It was coded in HTML, CSS, and some jQuery.
The blog portion of the site is Wordpress powered. I took the default Wordpress theme and customized the CSS and PHP to make it match the portfolio site.
At the YMCA I built and maintained two new Wordpress websites for all of the YMCAs in Orange County, California. I also maintained an internal Joomla site for Y employees. I worked in a fast paced, deadline driven marketing department at the Y.
Once upon a time I started a clothing line selling T-shirts to fixed gear cycling enthusiasts. The website is long gone, but here is a gallery of some of the T-shirts I designed. They’re a good example of my simple, minimalist design aesthetic.
